It was a stinking hot day in Perth which almost ended with another Hashman\u2019s passing necessitating flagging down a Transperth bus to deliver the Co-hare back to the On-on due to heat stroke or similar. Pleased to say the outcome was fine with a Gatorade delivering enough electrolyte to fix the dehydration. On a serious note, Hashmen – stay hydrated. Our average age is well over 70, so do pay heed!<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The car park was heap big enough for Ram or Ford F series as proven by the WC ute trailer delivery where Simple parked dead straight in one go. Rimmer, Dick Doctor and Budgie not so. Rimmer managed a six-point park and then moved his vehicle twice more. Whilst on the On-Sec was astounded to find that there was a joint run.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

26 intrepid PH3 and 10 WC Hashmen pitched up to a new PH3 but well used by WC Onon, well situated as not too far out and surrounded by sand, bushland, interesting burbs, sand, not too many main roads to cross and did I mention sand? Holy moly was there sand. Bloody tough to run and even walk on. \u2154 of the run was on thick beach sand and a 4km run felt like a 6km run. That was without too many FTs as Phranger took care of those for us. The run for the plodders was 37 minutes, Great job Horse and Prick. At 38\u00b0 you did well. Horse had a water stop with large ice cold water bottles for all Maggie has never drunk more at Hash than last evening. Special thanks Horse.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Confirmed that there will be a breakfast run on Christmas Eve at Abraham\u2019s Reserve. There will be no official PH3 run on Monday 22nd<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

RA Trick Dicky gave an appraisal of the run and have we mentioned there was a bit of sand. Tricky hates sand more than hills he pointed out. Run scored 5\u00bd out of 6 and highly commended.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

As always, Horse excelled with the food where heaps of silverside and ham with buns and all the salads were provided and fed the 36 there with seconds for all.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
