Run Directions and Write-ups

Each Run Direction has an associated Run Write-up, so when your viewing either of them there is a link to go between them.

Creating a Write-up

Only members who are in Hash Admin role have can create a Hash Write-up.

In order to create a run write-up you must first locate the run direction to associate it with.

• In the Hash Runs menu click on  Run Directions
• Locate the run and click on it's Run Number.
• On the bottom of the page click on Create a Run Write-up.

The following information is specified for a Run Write-up.

• Run name - an informatively humour(ous/less) name for the run (Required).
• Run Date, Hare and Co-Hare - These are copied automatically from the Run Directions.
• Run Rating - Given by the RA in the circle.
• Run Write-up - provided by the next weeks hare.
• OnOn - The name of the person who submitted the run write-up, their mug shot will be attached with this write-up.
• Click on the Save button on the bottom of the page when finished.

Once a Run Write-up is created it will be posted to the front page for viewing and posting comments.

Now when you view the run direction, the write-up will be listed at the bottom of the page and you can click it to view it. On the Run Write-up page there is a Run Directions link that will take you to view that.
