Run Directions

This page is viewable by all visitors.

Information

The Run Directions page displays all current and previous run's directions and the following information is available.

• Date and time for the run.
• Run number and location.
• Hare and Co-hare
• Directions to the run.
• Google map.

Members only

Members can update their own run details in the following way.

• Login
• Locate your run in the list and click on it's number.
• Click on the Edit tab.

You can then update the following information on your run direction.

• Suburb
• Co-Hare, This can be left as None if you don't have one.
• Address, You should test this address in Google maps first, then paste it into here.
• Run Directions.

Click on the Save button once your finished making changes.

Admin only

Send out run directions to members.

• Go the run directions page to be sent out.
• Click on "Send to Friend"
• From the "Send by Role" pulldown select "Hash Member"
• Check the "Greeting" check box
• Optionally add a message.
• Then click on the "Send e-mail" button.
