How to create a run direction.
Only members who are in Hash Admin role have can create a run direction.
Run directions are created from the receding hairline.
- From the Hash Admin menu click on Receding Hairline.
- In the Create Run column change the select list to Yes for the receding hairline you want to make a run directions from.
- Then click on the Save button at the bottom of the page.
After a run direction is created from the receding hairline, it then gets shifted to the end of the list. The exception to this is receding hairlines that have special set to Yes, then are placed back one year in the list.
How to bulk email a run direction
Only members who are in Hash Admin role can bulk e-mail a run direction.
Printer and e-mail designed run directions are viewed on the Next Run Directions page.
- Make sure you are logged in with a Hash Admin
- From the Hash Runs menu click on Next Run Directions.
- On the top of this page click on Send to friend.
- In the Send to group, select Hash Members from the Send by role select list. This will send the email to every hash member.
- You can either check Greeting or add your own message to accompany the email. If Greeting is selected the following text will be added to the email
Good [morning/afternoon/evening] [Member name] - Click on Send e-mail button.
