What is a Hash Lunch Event

This is used to advertise a Hash Lunch. The following information can be be specified with the event.

• lunch details
• location
• start time

These event's will appear in the following places;

• Hash Lunches calendar
• Event Planner calendar
• Upcoming Events list on the right side of the home page.

 Clicking on this icon when viewing Hash Lunch Events will automatically add the displayed events into your calendar. 

An invitation can also be created once a Hash lunch has been made. invitations can be sent out to Hash Members. Hash Members will be invited to RSVP to the invitations in one of the following ways.

• Attend
• Not Attend
• Maybe Attend

These RSVPs can be managed by the previous categories or by the following;

• Responded
• Not responded.

You can email follow up messages to all members on the list or target any of the previous categories.
