This page is accessible by Hash Admin only.

How to create a Photo Gallery 

Only members who are in Hash Admin role or Hash Flash role can create a Hash new Photo Gallery.

Select the following menus

• Hash Admin
• Gallery
• Create Photo Gallery

From the Create Photo Gallery form the following information is specified;

• Gallery Name - This is the name that will appear when the Gallery is viewed.
• Galley Code - This is the code to display the Photo Gallery from Flickr

Add the following code, replacing <Flickr PhotoSet ID> with the flickr Set ID

[flickr-photoset:id=<Flickr PhotoSet ID>,size=m]

For Example a Flickr Photo Set of;

http://www.flickr.com/photos/perthhash/sets/72157624533502031/

Should be added as;

[flickr-photoset:id=72157624533502031,size=m]

How to Create a Flickr Photo Set

You must login to the perth.hash account on flickr in order to create a Photo set. There are tools available from Flickr to help in this process. Once you have downloaded and installed "Flickr Uploadr" for Windows or Mac do the following;

• Start Flickr Uploadr
• Select the photos that you what to create a "set" for, (this would be all the photos for 1 run).
• Drag them into the Flickr Uploadr
• Then click on the "Upload" button and wait......
• And wait some more
• Ok now it's done, click on "Goto Flickr"
• When you get to Flickr, select "Create a new set"
• In the "Name your new set" field add RunNumber - HashMan in Suburb
• Then click "Create Set"
• Then go to the bottom of the page and click "SAVE"
• On the right where all the sets are displayed, click on the new one you just created.
• in the url of the page the "Set Number" should be displayed, for example the following url the large number it.
  http://www.flickr.com/photos/perthhash/sets/72157627498538150/ 
• Now you have a Set Number that can be added into Photo Gallery page you created before.
