Hash Member details

Hash Members can belong to one of the following groups

  • Hash Member
    • Current (Full financial member.) 
    • Associate (Non financial member that pays each time they attend.)
  • Non Hash Member
    • Guest (On the mailing list.)
    • Past (Not on the mailing list.)
    • Deceased (Not on anything.)

Only Hash Members have the privilege to login which will give then access to following features.

  • Access to Member's information.
  • Access to post comments.
  • Access to vote.

Hash Members will also be included the following.

  • Receding Hairline 

How to create a new Hash Member

Only members who are in Hash Admin role have can create a Hash Members.

  • From Hash Admin click Hash Rogues
  • Select the Add User tab

The following data can be specified;

  • Username - This is the Hash Rogue's Name (required)
  • E-mail address - This is the members e-mail address
  • Password - Enter in members password twice to confirm (required)
  • Status - Default is active, this allows login access
  • Roles - In addition to either one of the above groups, a member can be a Hash Admin
  • First Name - Members first name (required)
  • Last Name - Members last name (required)
  • Motus Operandi - This appear on the font page with the member picture.
  • Contact us - Only set this to 'Yes' if you want this member to appear in the Contact Us page
  • Phone and fax numbers
  • Home address - This also includes a google address which should be verified in google maps first.
  • Work name - Business name where member works
  • Work Type - industry that member works in
  • Business address - If one is required.
  • Occupation - Member's Occupation
  • Date Joined - Member's join date (required)
  • Wife's name and number of children
  • Birth date - Members birthday (required)
  • Status - Member, Associate, Past or Deceased.
  • Introduced By - Member.

When a new member is created a receding hairline is automatically created.

Changing a hash members status

Only members who are in Hash Admin role have can change a Hash Member.

  • From the About Us menu click on Our Hash Members
  • Locate the Member
  • Change the status via the select list.

If a status is changed from Hash Member role (Current,  Associate) to a Non Hash Member role (Guest, Past, Deceased), then any associated receding hairline is deleted. The member is removed from the Current Member list , to the Non Member list.

Changing a past hash members status

Only members who are in Hash Admin role have can change a Hash Member.

  • From the Hash Admin menu click on Past Members
  • Locate the Past Member
  • Change the status via the select list.

If a status is changed from Non Member role (Guest, Past, Deceased) to a  Hash Member role (Current,  Associate), then a receding hairline is created if doesn't already exist. The member is removed from the Past Member list , to the Current  Member list.
