Well what a run last Monday was. For a start the weather was fine despite Raindrops being there. The run longish but plenty checks and false trails. The question was asked “Why walkers set the longest runs? “(well it is winter) For visitors we had Stumbles in a father Christmas hat (didn’t anyone tell him that Xmas in July was last month?) and Dollar, Elbows, Emu, Raindrops and Colonel as returnees. Didn't Polecat's face drop when we threatened to name his son in law (new member Dave) Aristocat? However we took pity and named him the obvious SEPTIC – no prizes for guessing why – you just have to listen to him speak. Cocktail got a down down for not knowing the correct way to open a bag of chips. Drinks were served with the assistance of the mimimalistically dressed delectable Jodie. After a short circle we moved into the Agni Indian Restaurant for some excellent curries. The vindaloo was so hot Jodie had to take ALL her clothes off impressing several gentlemen there to collect their take-aways. I bet they eat curries for weeks in the hope of a repeat performance. The highlight of the evening was a visit by Mr & Mrs Suburbia clutching an entertainment book in the hope of a little extra. Little did they know! However they did cause great excitement at one table when Jodie modestly ducked below it as they all thought they were about to get a blow job! Well done Ernie and Xmas – a great night and the best curries I have had in a long time.
