The Phantom / Birdman and Horse production was an excellent example of how to set a run. Fortunately the only rain was a brief shower before the run started. There was an abundance of false trails and checks with the result that the running pack all finished within 2 minutes of one another! Future hares please follow this example. Horse produced great tucker in the form of dismembered emus (has anyone seen emu lately?) that pleased the pack mightily. This would have to be a front contender for the run of the year.
Down Downs were had by transgressors at the hash lunch:
Phantom for baptising the hon sec with red wine
Polecat for wearing a hat through lunch
Kilkenny for not being understood by the chinese
Rhino for taking home the leftovers (he is still eating them)
Phantom & Jerrycan for leaving before 3:30pm so they didn't have to pay on public transport!
Colins had new / gleaming shoes and we had returnees in the shape of Wagon, Shakin (just as well as it is his run this week), Rumpole and Colins
Cans and Colonel both put on birthday cartons so there was no shortage of piss.
